BRENTON TEMPLE

Managing Director

Brenton Temple is a Managing Director in MAD Global Strategy’s Ohio office.

Brenton most recently served as the Campaign Manager for Governor Mike DeWine’s successful re-election, one of the largest landslide victories in Ohio’s history, and was honored by being given the role Executive Director of the Governor’s Inaugural Committee.

In addition to being a top-level political operative, Temple also knows how government works and how legislation gets turned into law. He served as Governor DeWine’s first Deputy Policy Director and was instrumental in helping to pass a historic infrastructure package in the first months of the DeWine administration. He was also responsible for coordinating the administration review of the state operating budget as it moved through the Ohio General Assembly.

Temple’s involvement in government and politics has spanned nearly two decades and has involved work from coast to coast, including serving as a press advance lead on the 2012 Romney-Ryan campaign, and as a public affairs associate for the National Association of Tobacco Outlets. During his time as Political Director of the Ohio Republican Party, Ohio was fortunate to play host to the 2016 Republican National Convention in Cleveland. His unique experiences have given him the skills to solve problems for his clients.

Temple graduated from The Ohio State University with a degree in Political Science in 2009 and lives in Columbus, Ohio with his sheepadoodle, Griff.
