MAGGIE LEUZARDER

Chief of Staff

Maggie Leuzarder has nearly two decades of experience working in politics, government, public affairs and strategic communications. At MAD Global, Maggie supports the CEO with business operations and  advises clients on media relations, public relations, crisis communications, and grassroots communications across a variety of sectors. 

Maggie joins MAD Global Strategy after spending more than a decade at Mercury, a bipartisan global public affairs strategy firm. She also worked on New Jersey Governor Phil Murphy’s transition team as Special Assistant to the Executive Director. 

Prior to joining Mercury, Maggie worked in New Hampshire politics for six years. She worked as Special Assistant for Policy & Projects for U.S. Senator Jeanne Shaheen, served as Communications Director for former Governor John Lynch’s 2010 reelection campaign, served as Campaign Manager to then State Senator Maggie Hassan’s 2008 reelection campaign, and worked as an aide to Senator Maggie Hassan and the Commerce Committee in the New Hampshire State House, among other campaigns.

Maggie serves on the Summit Police Athletic League (PAL) Board of Directors. She and her husband live in Summit, New Jersey with their daughter.
