Dana Lugo is a Financial Accounting Controller at MAD, bringing nearly two decades of accounting and financial leadership experience.
Dana specializes in financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, operational accounting, and process improvement. She has extensive experience leading accounting teams, managing complex financial operations and supporting strategic business growth. She earned her Bachelor of Business Admin from Baruch College.
Prior to joining MAD, Dana spent two decades with Omnicom agencies where she advanced from Staff Accountant to Financial Accounting Controller. During her time there, she managed accounting operations across multiple business units, led various organizational integrations, and developed streamlined reporting processes.
Dana lives in Belmar, NJ with her husband and they spend their time doing triathlons.
