Grace Flajnik is a Director in MAD Global Strategy’s Ohio office, where she supports the firm’s government affairs and political clients.
Prior to joining MAD Global, Grace served as the senior legislative aide to the Speaker Pro Tempore of the Ohio House of Representatives, bringing to the firm a deep understanding of the legislative process and state government. During her tenure in the Ohio General Assembly, Grace was instrumental in advancing legislation, coordinating operating and capital budget priorities, and was recognized as the Ohio House of Representatives Employee of the Quarter during the 135th General Assembly by the Speaker of the House. In addition to her legislative work, Grace successfully managed a state legislative campaign, where she developed and executed campaign strategies, cultivated key relationships, and ultimately led the campaign to victory.
Grace graduated from both Youngstown State University and Cleveland State University with a degree in Political Science and Master of Public Administration. She currently resides in Hilliard.
