Prior to joining MAD Global Strategy, Jenny Kate was with Millennial Strategies for 5.5 years and served as the company’s Chief of Staff.
In that role, she advised clients on local, state and federal policy issues and worked to build and implement tailored lobbying and advocacy strategies. In her time with Millennial, she helped send several bills to the desk of the New York State Governor, including a bill that expanded newborn screening which was signed. In 2023, she was a fellow with the New York City chapter of the New Leaders Council. Jenny Kate studied International Affairs and Political Science at The George Washington University and The New School.
