She started her journalism career as the 10PM producer for News 12 New Jersey, where she earned an Emmy nomination for Best Evening Newscast. Rachel continued her tenure as a producer working for NBC New York, producing live shows and breaking news coverage throughout the COVID-19 pandemic. In addition to producing, writing, and editing for WNBC’s nightly newscasts, Rachel produced and coordinated feature stories for the station. She received several national awards and a New York Emmy Award for an exclusive September 11th tribute that she produced in 2021.
Prior to joining MAD Global, Rachel led a brand marketing team in her role as Senior Content Marketing Manager with NetElixir, a digital agency. She developed and managed the agency’s strategies for brand awareness and lead generation, utilizing a variety of multimedia platforms.
Rachel has a Bachelor of Arts from Florida Southern College, where she double majored in Broadcast, Print, and Online Media and Advertising/Public Relations. She currently lives in central New Jersey with her husband.
